An unpauseable EMP boxset with a brilliant twist!
The Final Homestead
After an EMP strike leaves the country with no power or communications, James Bowers, a fourth-generation cattle rancher, must rescue his wife and son from the chaos engulfing San Antonio, Texas. But with so many unprepared, James discovers more than one type of enemy.
Storm Surge
Maxine Winters, an overworked yet successful veterinarian, finds herself trapped out at sea when an electromagnetic pulse erupts over South Florida. Stranded and concerned for her family's safety, she must rely on her wits to reach landfall before the storm hits. Little does she know that the incoming Category Four hurricane is the least of her problems.

Story line ok, narrative horrible

The 2nd story I couldn't even complete though I attempted a few times to stick with it. The narrator is the main problem, she is slow , slurry, nasaly and her voice is beyond irritating. Maybe reading this book yourself would be a better option... personally what I did listen to did not grip me enough to bother.
A real bad buy and sooo boring.....
Disappointing time waster!
