Enchanting Listen!
Aethelwyn's Dream is an enchanting listen for children. Maggie Jeffrey wrote a cute children's book that shows determination pays off. Megan Green performed the book brilliantly. I loved how expressive her voice was and how she had distinguishable characters. The imagery in the story was so vivid and sure to keep little one's attention too. Well done!

Treasure Trove of stories
Did you think you were buying just one story? Maggie Jeffrey weaves her story telling magic and suddenly aeons have passed, myths have developed, character has been strengthened by good examples and the magical world of fairies has held a political protest! This author's imagination is magnificent and Megan Green is a delightful narrator, easy to listen to and fun in her representation of the different voices.

A wonderful fairytale
Disclaimer: I was given a free download code for this book in return for a unbiased review. I genuinely found this story very sweet and enjoyable as a endearing fairytale. Aethelwyn's Dream is a well told and very sweet story that can do wonders for the imagination of children. It is told with the perfect tone for the intended audience. On top,of this Megan Green has a wonderful voice for this kind of story and does a very good job distinguishing the various characters. I can highly recommend this to anyone with children or anyone who finds themselves in the mood for a traditional fairytale.

A cute little fairytale
I received this audio book free for an unbiased review. A nice little fairytale that is great for the imagination. Fairies, leprechauns, and wizards will habe a childs imagination running rampant. It also teaches one to look inside a person instead of just seeing what is visible on the outside. Megan Green did an awesome job narrating. Her voice is perfect for children's books.

great children's book about a determined fairy
Loved this story. Perfect for a short drive with the kids. There are fairies and changelings. Aethelwyn was born a changeling but was switched with a human baby. When she returns to her changeling family, she is mistreated but then ends up working for the wizard, Merlin. Aethelwyn has a dream, she longs to be beautiful like a fairy, with long, golden hair and beautiful. When she ends up working for the head of fairies, she gives up her dreams to help others. This is a wonderful story of selflessness, loyalty and kindness. Great narration that lulls you into fairyland.

Lovely story
A lovely story of dreams and setbacks, of honor and perseverance in the face of disappointment. I did have to wonder how someone who is 1500 years old has human parents who are still alive, but this is an enjoyable little tale nonetheless. The narration is excellent, clear and easy to understand at all times.

A good listen - my granddaughters really enjoyed
4 Star Review Aethelwyn’s Dream by Maggie Jeffrey I listened to the audio narration of this book. Maggie Jeffrey is a new author to me, however I have listened to a book from narrator Megan Green previously. As this is a children’s book I took the opportunity to listen to it with my two granddaughters aged 7 and 10. This was a magical story to listen too and both my granddaughters were engaged with this from beginning to end. We have now listened to it a couple of times and I have promised we will listen again on our next “road trip adventure” It is not particularly long and yet it was captivating enough to hold a 7 and 10 year olds attention and believe me, that can be hard at times. Not only did they enjoy the book, I did as well and I found the narration suited the story well and the narration from Megan Green was very good.

Great Quick Read
Aethelwyn's Dream by Maggie Jeffrey was a great quick read. It is a read for ages seven to fifteen but any age can enjoy this book. Aethelwyn is a changeling who has a duty to Merlin but she has a personal dream that she wants to fulfill. I listened to the audiobook and absolutely loved Megan Green's narration. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more.
