if you can ask them that, on this topic but this one has much more depth to it, and poses, not the same ones found in every single youtube tutorial. I liked it and would recommend it. I'm learning another now, we'll see how it compares.

I liked this guidebook by Cassidy.

It was precise and compact, with many original ways of looking at poses and change in general. I particularly liked the elements, technology, and information she wrote - particularly the use of the term "isomorphism," and the way she explained the different change planes.

Love it

It describes why you do some poses, how each will help you, and what pose to do next. It didn't get me to feel like an idiot (which is very powerful, clearly) and it also told the history and different types of yoga, which I got very interesting.
