Obviously, aerial yoga provides a very unusual for the most people experience. In its turn, this guide provides me with all needed information to get started. Sure thing, you should consider all precautions before practicing aerial yoga. This book is very well written by the author and i highly recommend this book to all of you guys.

This is a great book when it comes to the topic of Aerial Yoga.
All of the things, tips and guides that I need to know about combining traditional yoga poses, Pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock are already included and well written inside. Cassidy Wilson has done an incredible awesome job in compiling and creating this book.

I am really please to be able to train my arms, shoulders, chest, and back while doing Yoga. This is something you absolutely have to try if you already like Yoga. I enjoyed the book so much that I ended up also buying the Iron-Yoga's DVD.

Fantastic book

My daughter is homeschooled so I am always looking for something to enhance her experience in class. Her phys ed class was the same boring routine, so instead of doing just the prescribed lessons I added the yoga from this book. She finished the class but is still using this book! It is wonderful that I have the Kindle version so she can just pull it up on her computer and go.

Awesome! This book has a good number of helpful pictures to get any novice or expert into and out of the poses. While the author assumes some familiarity with yoga (and less familiarity with the aerial arts), the pictures and explanatory text make this extremely easy to follow.

really great book

Impressive! I have taken one regular yoga class so I am clueless. However, I want to learn aerial yoga and this book was very informative to help me prepare for this type of yoga. I will use this book to be better prepare myself for my class. This is really worth recommending!

This is my first time in doing aerial yoga and this book is so descriptive and thorough with so much information in everything especially from the poses. Since starting on this healthy journey my energy has been up and my mind is clear and rested. I'm sleeping better, my blood pressure is down a little, and I'm becoming more flexible. The book has really helped me achieved doing aerial yoga the right way. Looking forward to using the tips provide in this book!

intelligent folk book

While I may look ridiculous and not graceful at all trying this is a lot of fun! I found videos on YouTube to follow and felt like I was getting a great yoga/stretch session in! Obviously, aerial yoga provides a very unusual for the most people experience. In its turn, this guide provides me with all needed information to get started. It was easy to hang and the fabric feels real sturdy. I would definitely buy this again!
