Summary

A young couple go to Bermuda on their honeymoon. They dive on the reefs offshore, looking for the wreck of a sunken ship. What they find lures them into a strange and increasingly terrifying encounter with past and present, a struggle for salvage and survival along the floor of the sea, in the deep.

Better than Jaws!

Jaws was certainly scary in it's images of a big fish, but this book captured my attention. I tried to listen every chance I got. The writing was good and the narration made it even better. I would recommend this book.

I can't give a good review of the story itself

the narration was absolutely terrible. I couldnt even finish, which is a shame because the story drew me in right away. the narrator was so over the top that the whole story was ruined for me.

Ends abruptly

I loved Jaws so I thought I would like this one just as much. I didn't but Jaws is one of the best books I've ever listened to so this had a lot to live up to. The Deep isn't bad per se but I just had higher hopes for it.
