A gripping fictional war story

Despite a slow start, while setting up the character back stories, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. So much so that I have purchased the other 3 books by the same author.

A cracking book.

Yet again the third book lives up to the standard of the other two. Each book is a stand alone story so can be listened too in any order, the story’s are superb. As before, the characterisations are wonderful; with you growing attached to them as the story flows.
A great book that will have you extending the sleep timer at least once.

Mike Lunnon-Woods books are not to be missed.

Outstanding read and a great listen to story. John Telfer brings Mike Lunnon - Woods book to your brain in a real life drama. If you like a degree of truth and fabulous descriptive text. If you like a battle royal and strong sentiments.... Listen or Read on. Beware though you might think you are in the battle.

Enjoyable, factual and realistic

Again, another very enjoyable book in this series and the research put in by the Author is again evident. I really enjoyed this book with one small drawback being the number of characters. I felt the ending was realistic. Looking forward to reading the last book in what has been an excellent series.
