    Must Listen

    One very good aspect of this diet (for me) is portions and measurements. I've never measured anything, but here, it matters. a half-cup means a half cup, and an ounce is an ounce, not a big handful. My sense is it makes a difference between having or avoiding symptoms.

    The author described every single thing very clearly with some proper explanations. Such an excellent book. it was nice to cook one more time. The methods were good written, so it wasn't very difficult to follow.information on acid reflux and how to help yourself. If you follow author diet you will not need medicine,

    There is a lot of great information

    There is a lot of great information, recipes, and charts that show you what to avoid, eat with caution and eat with gusto. Have acid reflux issue plan to try, seems most recipes look simple.A good reference guide, diet plan, and recipes those suffering from heartburn and acid reflux. Good book!

    Healthy and practical recipes!

    I was surprised to find what foods can contribute to Acid Reflux. I learned a lot.
    This diet is not easy to stick to but I notice improvements already.

    Healing Acid Reflux

    In many cases, doctors recommend specific diets to Theo patients but may not give them any further information or guidance. Needing to change your diet may seem like a daunting task. This book appears to be a great resource for people who are experiencing acid reflux. It is important to advise with your physician before making major changes to your diet, especially if you are taking medications.

    Book of knowledge

    I’m throughly enjoying this book. I got it free to try. I’ve had reflux and other stomach issues for over 30 yrs. This book has valuable information and recipes. My family is enjoying the recipes too

    This is a very complete guide

    This book, but overall I think this would be a great guide for someone wanting to transform their diet and relieve symptoms of acid reflux and other similar illnesses. I honestly expected more recipes to be included, but it does have a total guide that explains the causes and effects of acid reflux, how to identify symptoms, and finally a food-by-food guide on what not to eat. I received a free copy of this book to review, but in no way did I receive any compensation.

    A Great Start

    This book is meant to help anyone with acid reflux. For me, this book contained a little bit of everything. From an elimination diet, to information about reflux and recipes to enjoy, this book is the perfect place to start.

    As the author is not out doctors, I would suggest reading this book and then seeking out your doctors help before taking on any changes. This book is very through and filled with helpful information. A great place to calm down any burning esophagus.

    Very helpful!

    I liked the explanations , recommendations of diet and activities, including sleeping . The food lists, medication list, medical testing and procedures were useful. I liked the recipes which were offered. The book was well organized and easy to follow.. Good book! Already recommended it to a friend and they purchased it and like it as well.

    It helps me cook foods good for me

    This book is great. I really use this book, to help me know what I should be eating and not be eating. It helps me cook foods good for me.I love how easy and fast these recipes are, and the ones we have tried so far are very tasty.This book is very well written by the author and i highly recommend this book to all of you guys.

    Excellent recipes

    Lots of details and good recipes.I also truly appreciate that the author is a Registered Dietetic Nutritionist. There are so many nutrition “gurus” out there that don’t have the extensive training and expertise that an RDN has. Nour’s knowledge of nutrition and the unique challenges of Acid Reflux are evident throughout this easy to read a book with easy to manage but tasty recipes.

    Lot of diet tips

    The recipes in the book are tasty and in fact they recommend eating ginger to solve issues. i just wish they mentioned maybe trying to use simple natural supplements (ginger/tumeric) first to ease the problem before getting too intense.

    I have almost cured myself with this book.

    Great recipes for the person who has extremely bad reflux. It explains in plain English what causes the problem & the last half of the book has some easy great recipes! This is a good description of acid reflux and some strategies on managing the condition. I have almost cured myself with this book.

    Acid reflux book recipes are easy and healthy.

    Extraordinary formulas for the individual who has very terrible reflux. It clarifies in plain English what causes the issue and the last 50% of the book has some simple incredible recipes! This is a decent depiction of heartburn and a few methodologies on dealing with the condition.I have nearly relieved myself with this book.

    Great Book About Acid Reflux.

    This book is amazing. So much great information in such an easy read. The recipes are great as well.     The recipes sound good and some seem to have some

    The recipes sound good and some seem to have some slight alterations to the version we may be used to, while others seem to just stress the importance of portion control. A lot of solid common sense advice as well as some technical. I think the title sells the book short because you are getting info/advice on other diet restrictions beyond Acid Reflux. I did take advantage of a special offer to receive this book from the publisher free and with no obligations. This review is given by choice. Very good book, the recipes help to live a better life for people with this health issue. Very well made and the tips are extremely helpful.
