I am not a woman but, i do have a wife who is over 50. Well written by Oliver and well audibled by Janice. This book covers alot of ground at over 5hrs long. Over an hour is devoted Getting "Hangry", Sleep is covered and their is a Bonus 7 Day Meal plan for Menopause nutrtition.

This book is a great resource to prepare women in premenopause and those in menopause. I have started feeling some premenopausal symptoms and I have been worried. This book has given me so much information I am not more aware and confident that I can deal with this part of my life. I love that is focused the most on the emotion and mental effects menopause has. It is the most important and hardest to handle.

This is a fantastic resource for women going through menopause, but I would also add this is a great resource for anyone supporting women they know as well. The author does a great job of taking science based tactics, and presenting them in an easy to implement manner. Being a health nut, I particularly liked the part on what nutrition can do to support women going through this change. Overall, fantastic job! Highly recommend.

I have been teetering on the edge of peri-menopause for a little while now so I was looking for something that would provide me with information to help me through this next chapter in life. This book has it all - so much information is packed in an easy-to-understand way. I found the narration calm and relaxing and the information is divided up in such a way that it's quick to find. I will definitely be referring back to this book for a few years! Highly recommend.
