Disappointing and not worth $1!
If you are an adult with ADHD or ADD you already know the regrettably basic information included here. This audiobook/article offers no insightful information and no new management strategies. The narration quality also is subpar. “ADHD and Adults“would not be worth the money even if it were free. I regret having paid two dollars and change. I wonder: does audible have a satisfaction guaranteed refund policy? Because I am the opposite of satisfied.
