This book is exactly what I needed! Unlike other organization guides that feel overwhelming, this one is written with the ADHD brain in mind. The step-by-step 14-day plan breaks everything down into manageable chunks, so I never felt paralyzed or unsure where to start. The tips are practical, easy to follow, and actually stick—no more impossible routines or guilt when things slip. I especially loved the focus on decluttering with compassion and finding systems that work for me rather than trying to fit into a rigid mold. ADHD makes a lot of life difficult and overwhelming! One main area is clutter and a messy house. This amazing 3-in-1 audio book covers ideas for each room, each area of your space, and how to tackle it in a meaningful way. I really loved the mindfulness practice at the beginning and end of each day. It helped to calm my mind before starting my cleaning task. Each task is short and gives clear instructions for success. I also loved how the books moved in sync with each other, without clogging my brain, with too much. I really enjoyed making lists of my areas to create a more conscious decision on what needed removed or just reorganized. The author and narrator make you feel like they are your personal cheerleaders! I also appreciated them author recognizing that people with ADHD can fall back into a hopeless spiral when this doesn’t work the first time and has provided tools to succeed, not perfect.

I’ve always felt totally defeated by cleaning and organizing like no matter how hard I tried, it would fall apart within days. This audiobook helped me shift that. The structure felt ADHD-friendly without being patronizing. The 30-minute sessions were gold and I actually followed through without spiraling into perfectionism. It doesn’t pretend cleaning is fun. It just makes it feel doable. I finally feel like I have a system that works with my brain and not against it.

No more cleaning meltdowns
