Don't treat the symptoms only but get to the root of the cause!

Sadly, many people think that individuals who suffer from mental disorders such as ADHD, ADD, anxiety, and depression are something has to do with the mind or the brain regarding psychological illness only.

However, many scientists and doctors who think "outside the box" firmly believe now that there are physiological factors which contribute to behavior problems like ADHD and ADD. • Realize why ADHD Diet can help significantly
  • Understand the ADHD symptoms so you can start evaluating your diet and correct it with the help of my book
  • Have a better understanding that the sooner you recognize the symptoms the better for helping ADHD Children
  • Discover the remedies for ADHD without drugs
  • Appreciate how real foods and how ADHD Diet can be helpful not only to ADHD children but ADHD adults too

better to give teens.

nothing new for parents with adhd kids. it's all been told before. however I think it would be good for teens just learning about their options for their condition.

Intriguing...

This book showed me all the things I didn’t know about my condition and it is refreshing to learn so much in such a short listen. I will need to try some of the recommendations in the book to see how good they are.

Gave me enough basis to start.

ADHD is something that so many people don’t tend to are about much, which is a tragedy. The book gave me a basis on what to look for in my diet, but I wish there would have been more. It did guide me to other books with more extensive information on diet plans!

Sounds promising.

There was an absurd amount of scientific talk in this book, but it wasn’t necessarily related to an ADHD suitable diet. I wanted more of what was promised in this book.

I just love this book!

I can’t put my finger on exactly what I loved about it, but there is undoubtedly something special about it. From all I have gone through with ADHD, it is refreshing to see that experienced authors are putting thought and effort into helping people. I would recommend this book above all other ones I’ve read.

Adequate topic here.

I appreciated the adequate organization of each topic by chapter. I also love the number of things I learned from the book. It would have been nice to see more information on foods and other dietary information as promised.

how interesting!

This is an interesting book to read for a research paper I am conducting, especially because of the amount of information inside. I could listen to it fifteen times and still have more to learn!

It gave me everything.

I wish there was more of a list regarding foods that I can eat and not only what types of foods I can eat. With more research it will be fine, but I don’t want to do more research.

A variety of info here.

I must admit, of all the self-help books I have read on ADHD, this one had the widest variety of information and unique approaches to solutions. I enjoyed reading all about the condition and the potential ways to make the condition better through nutrition and different diet plans.

4 stars for it.

I can’t give this book a perfect rating, but it was pretty close! I suppose when I look for a book about ADHD dietary information, I expected more about how ADHD affects a person’s digestive system and how to supplement that. There was a lot of generic information on the condition itself…

Way too short

This book barely tells you anything and is way too short. Don’t waste your money.

Not as informative as I was hoping.

Brief rundown of ADHD & conspiracy theories regarding diet. Kind of all over the place

So True!

It makes a lot of sense that what we take in for nutrition & energy will effect our ability to think & function in life. this lines up with other books & research I have read about how our gut microbiome is connected to our bodies health, brain health & quality of life! Everyone should read this!

Great overview of how food can help ADHD.

I was not interested in knowing about ADHD itself, but gained some valuable info on a specific recipe plan. I wish there was more dietary stuff like the book was supposed to have, but I see why it wasn’t all dietary.

great narrator!

ADHD is something that so many people live with but never pursue learning about… This book is exactly what everyone out there needs to know about the illness itself. Beautifully told by a great voice and an awesome slow speed.

I'm highly recommending it.

It’s so difficult to find books that are able to tie all the information about ADHD into a single book and make it work. I love how the book focuses on all of the concerns of someone with ADHD or a child with ADHD. I don’t think I will find anything else to top this book and I recommend everyone buy this if they want to know about ADHD and the dietary ideas.

this should not be taken lightly.

Gut flora is not something I had ever considered to be a cause of ADHD, but the idea that everything originates in your gut is practical and something to consider. I will look into the idea further, but I gained so much valuable information in this book that I haven’t been able to get elsewhere.

This book was exactly what I want to see.

Wow. It was only supposed to give dietary information, but it went above and beyond in explaining the illness, side effects, and how to manage it in both adults and children. I just adored this book!

It gave me a lot of riveting ideas.

I learned so much about ADHD in this book, as well as all the symptoms and other information. But I’ve been living with it for years, so I didn’t need any of that information. I just wanted to know more about the nutritional ideas, and this book didn’t necessarily disappoint. It didn’t give a lot of information, but it gave me ideas and researchers to further look into, which is all I could ask.
