My mother suffers from sleep apnea and she can't really control her breathing in a way she relaxes. She mentioned once that these guided meditations were helpful to open the lungs and the nasal passages in order to breathe better during the night. This audiobook is very great work for people struggling to have a healthy sleeping time!

She takes you through the most amazing meditation, designed to help you to sleep better and restore your body and soul. The book is well-produced and so peaceful to listen to. 5 Stars. Great work.

I adored this soothing, calming listen. I am a big fan of sleep meditations and have tried several, and this one is unique in that it feels like being at a spa on the most relaxing of days. Complete with breath work and guided imagery, I loved the journey it took me on through feelings and releasing trapped emotions within the body and reprogramming the subconscious with empowering affirmations. A complete work that is worth keeping in your library!
