About this listen

The Sheedy sisters had lived in Stone House for as long as anyone could remember. Set high on the cliffs on the west coast of Ireland, overlooking the windswept Atlantic ocean, it was falling into disrepair - until one woman, with a past she needed to forget, breathed new life into the place. This is the first book by Maeve Binchy I had read/ listened to. It was a feel-good listen with the story going full-circle. The story was well-constructed and was great to listen to on my journey to and from work. The whole story was warm- like a cup of cocoa on a winters night.
