I have been extremely privileged to know Jake for more years than I can remember. I value him as a friend, colleague and sounding board. I have given this overall 5 stars, not because of our connection, that would be cheap and offer no real feedback. I have recorded 5 stars as Jakes viewpoint, thoughts and ramblings bring together many parts (and much more!) of conversations we have had over the years. This is his authentic self.

I have been fortunate to see him grow in his ability to articulate what this all means and also bring this to life in leadership lessons both inside and outside of the classroom. I have always thought Jake has a great deal to offer a wider audience outside of the work that brought us together. Therefore, I'm incredibly pleased his thoughts have been put down on paper, and in audio to be considered and looked back on.

This book has given me much to think about, in the right way and to help keep my hand on the tiller of my own voyage into the unknown.

Hearing Jake talk this through on audible makes me laugh as it's the first time I've heard him slow his talk down. Jake is one of the most enthusiastic speakers I have had the privilege to listen to and brings his passion into his delivery in a lecture room - often bouncing around!! If you are ever fortunate to listen to one of his workshops, in person, you'll know what I mean, the one man duracell bunny for leadership and philosophy!

Lastly, to the Author, Jake, great job Sir, your children are very lucky to have you and your lessons, including being able to hear you talk this through. Forever emortalised in the audio pages for them to hear you.
