The best thing I've ever hear. It does work.

Finally, I found a meditation for overall well-being. it does put you in a meditative state, I feel asleep the first time. I listen to it again and again. I feel good about my health.

From What I Heard

This is a very good meditation and affirmation...and I have heard a number which I could not listen to to completion. Very helpful with imaginative “journeys” that definitely leave you in a much better place..stronger and RElaxed. The author reads her own book and causes it to become real with vivid and descriptive words. A keeper and Repeater!

Love this!

Healthy Mindfulness

Belleruth’s soothing voice helps you to visualize within places and feelings as you follow her guided imagery. I truly believe that using this tape and others of Belleruth Naparstel’s collections, it helped calm my mind and improve my immune system to become one of the factors I used to come into remission from ovarian cancer.

Helpful for relaxation

Great meditation for OVERALL WELLNESS

This is great it touches on immunity, trauma, nutrition, and combines all areas of emotional and physical well being. The affirmations remind me of Louise Hay but more enhanced. I highly recommend listening to this especially at night time or if you want to meditated on wellness. Be safe and stay healthy!
