The short stories are perfect for filling those little gaps in time while you are getting festive ready.
Each of the stories is uplifting and although some have an element of loss or sadness that is never the overriding final feel.
The stories vary in length from about 5-40 ish minutes.
The narration of each story is clear and was a really calming effect.
I would highly recommend this collection to others.

If you're looking for feel good, sweet and cozy stories that will warm your heart and get you in the festive mood, look no further!
This is a short audiobook at just under 2 and a half hours, so it was a perfect afternoon listen on a wet and rainy day. The narrator was fantastic. Colette Davies-Kerwin was a new narrator for me, but she had a lovely engaging voice, perfectly suited to the stories she describes.

Normally with short stories, I spread them out more, but as an audio book, this was perfect to pop on whilst I ate lunch or had a cuppa and relax each day.
I loved the different themes within this collection - although all festive - each one showed what the festive period really means to different people in different situations - reminding us to think of others at this time of year too. I can't choose my favourite story as each one brought something different - but all so relatable and with enough to them that I could connect with each character. (I did love the little runaway cat though) This was such a lovely book to read over this run up to Christmas though - in among all the stress and chaos of the season - it was nice to relax and remember what it's all about - kindness to all, friendship, family and love!
I loved the narrator who had the most calm and relaxing voice.
This made is so easy to just sit back and immerse myself into the stories for an hour or so and think of nothing else for a short period.
A great little quick read.
