I was very supprised at how this this book is. o will seek out the next one in the series as soon as possible. the narration was very good and didn't leave me wanting to sleep, but rather I wanted to listen longer. thank you very much

There are so many mediocre books in this genre that when you find a gem like this you need to savour it, enjoy it and keep it! 5+ stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have read and reread her entire collection. I think she’s a fabulous author.
I have been so excited for the audible version. And I loved it. BUT. The accents?? Carwyn is not Welsh! And couple of other accents seem to come and go!
I will 100% listen to the next one but I’m sure it will 100% still bug me!

I enjoyed the book but the dreadful accents ruined the audio. Welsh priests do not speak with upper class English accents. Would have been better if she'd read it straight and not attempted various accents.

I have been a fan of E Hunter's elemental series for some years and was delighted to find them on audio. The narrator in the main was good, she has a nice listening voice however the differing accents were at times uncomfortable listening.
