Fate is a ghost she has been scaring potential buyers ,renters and paranormal investigators away from the house for 10 years . When two cars arrive she is getting ready to turn the haunting up to full power but when they guys get out she feels a connection to them all and things start to get weirder from there. I really enjoyed listening to this Fate is so funny and gets under her guys skin especially Cole. Enjoyed the narration and I’m off to start book 2 now .

some bits seemed a bit rushed like if you stop.paying full attention for 10 seconds you need to rewind cos you don't know how a spirit gets vanquished. overall it was ok, a bit cringe, not something I'd ever listen to again or look for next book in series but better than listening to nails on a blackboard
