Loved the voice acting

Lilly and Anthony narrated this amazingly, and I couldn't get enough of their voices. A great story, with twists and turns you might not expect.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well written this book was, I found it because I like Anthonys narrating in other books! This book has a fully fleshed out fantasy world with interesting concepts for the magic. The characters are well written, interesting and memorable, I was invested from the start! I also enjoyed the build of the romance and the spice was also interesting and well done.
The only improvement I would suggest is having your male narrator also narrate the male characters when it is from the female narrators perspective, and vice versa. But both narrators do a great job regardless! I really enjoyed this book.

I came across the series while looking for more of A. Palmini work. At first I found the story dragging as I was waiting for the MMC's POV but by then I was hooked on the story. I liked the plot, rich world and plot twists that I didn't figure out until the very last moment. I like the fact that the FMCs are not meak damsels but witty and strong women. Despite the patriarchal world. I am writing this review after finishing the 4th book in the series and now have to wait for book 5 to come out in 2 months, They are well-written with a good balance of action, story and spice. There is more of a backstory about Damian in book 3. The series is totally worth reading till the end. I inhaled all 4 books within a few days of starting, Had to go on KU for book 3 and 4 to match my reading speed but will get the audiobooks after I get more credits.
