Before having operation he asks her to marry him so he want die alone. The doctor was busy and said yes and before you know it their married. I just absolutely loved it.
The narrator was clearly spoken.

An enjoyable storyline if a bit unbelievable, but it is fiction and I read for fiction not reality. The narration was Ok, not the best I've heard, but not the worse, however I have found I prefer reading to listening to audio books, despite the benefit of being able too listen while doing other things.
