About the Ancient Solfeggio Scale and Healing Sounds
Modern science is now beginning to recognise what the ancient mystics throughout time have been saying: that everything is in a constant state of vibration, and therefore everything that is vibrating has a sound (even if it’s not audible). Everything also has its own optimum rate of vibration, and this is called resonance. When we are in resonance, we are in balance and harmony with creation. Emotions and mental states also have their own optimum resonance, and with the recognition that every organ, and every cell, absorbs and emits sound, we can therefore understand how specific sounds and frequencies can be used as powerful healing tools. This is how the ancient Solfeggio frequencies work and is why the Gregorian monks used this specific scale for chanting and healing. These incredible tones each resonate to a specific frequency that our original blueprint is composed from. Exposing ourselves to these frequencies helps to bring our bodies, cells, and DNA back into balance.
Different parts of our bodies and organs all have specific frequencies of optimum resonance (perfect state of health), and therefore listening to these tones allows the body to absorb and remember (know) its original blueprint, moving it back towards its prefect state of alignment and resonance (health). The music with this series of mediations has been specially crafted and precisely tuned to transmit each of the solfeggio frequencies. By combining these sounds with a guided meditation, you also have the potential to release deep-rooted blockages.
These compositions also contain an array of sacred instruments and sounds. such as crystal bowls and didgeridoo, and sacred chants, which work to further enhance the effects of the solfeggio tones.

Great meditation
I love this meditation, I’m using it daily.
I find Glenn Harold’s voice extremely relaxing he is so well suited to the meditation role.
I wish the rest of this series was available on audiable as I feel the meditation vibration wonderful, it really works well for me.

fantastic guided meditation
this is a really powerful meditation/hypnosis session. i have all of the solfeggio titles now, and though they are all excellent, if i had to pick only one, it would be this.
i have no idea about whether the concept of solfeggio is placebo or not, but the soundscapes are all fantastically relaxing, and when coupled with Harrold's voice make the best products of their type on the mark.
I read that some dont like his voice, which i guess is a personal issue, but personally i find that a bit small minded. these really are an excellent series, which if you have any interest in guided meditation or hypnosis i couldn't recommend enough.

Marvellously Rich & Grounding

I love this guided meditation which I bought one week ago.I don't personally buy into all the claims I've seen on New Age sites regarding the Solfeggio Scale. Some of these authors do seem to lack a basic knowledge, both of world history and of basical musical theory.However, from my own experience so far, music based on the solfeggio scale does, nevertheless, seem to have potential for those interested in healing and meditation. It's almost as though it didn't need the urban myths.I find this track wonderfully grounded with lots of deep bass tones and low humming. It's completely different from the others in the same series, and i intend to work through them in order.Glenn Harrold has an English accent which I love and I find it more conducive, for me as a London gal, than the US accents that you find on a lot of guided meditations. Purely personal, I know.I'll be using it as an addition to my yoga and meditation practice, especially for working with the chakras. For those interested, this is a great buy, I think, to use when working with the root chakra; it has all the right imagery included and the music is exactly right.

Amazingly Powerful
This is a very powerful guided meditation (maybe hypnosis would be a more accurate term) which I personally found very pleasant indeed. You go to a place which is safe, cosy, blissful and come back feeling like some deep down part of you has been truly fixed.
The 2 chapters are basically the same but with Chapter 1 you are counted back up to normal consciousness feeling enlivened and Chapter 2 ends with a direction to fall asleep listening to the amazing solfeggio-based music - and when you wake you feel amazing. The first time I listened to this chapter I was a bit concerned that I would be startled awake by that annoying 'Audible hopes you enjoyed this audio book' statement which appears on all the other audible audio books I have so far purchased - but NO - its not on there - I was very pleased to discover. Thanks for that Audible, I appreciate this sensitive touch.
I will definitely be buying all of the other Solfeggio audio books by Glenn Harrold and Ali Calderwood. Glen's voice is friendly and warm and the music is very beautiful. I felt I had definitely been transported to a higher spiritual realm. Made me feel more 'real', happy and grounded. Can't wait to listen to the others in the series.

Very Relaxing
Took a while to get used to narrator's voice,but all in all was very relaxing,with some beautiful music,which has led me on to buying several cd's from Anima,
Would recommend to anybody who wants to chill out and relax.

Positive Affirmations and the music
I've been repeat listening to 3 of these Glenn Harrold Solfeggio recordings and I will say, that they have slowly gradually and gently affected deep change in my sense of well being. I play them whenever I awake as I do at 1 in the night, and go back to sleep with one or another playing in my ear plug headphones so no disturbance to partner.
100% recommend any of the six on offer.
