Great book

This tool is life changing! Already I'm finding its energizing effects pervasive and joy-inducing and provides a proven method called mental contrasting which combines positive thinking with an appreciation of the obstacles we must overcome to achieve our dreams. Mental contrasting is the element that completes the formula: optimism-action-results, or realizing the focus of my optimism.

It is an inspiration of positive thinking.

The book is brimming with motivation from individuals like writers, artists, and even social activists. It is extremely difficult to pick a most loved statement so I am not in any case going to attempt. I listen one each morning to begin my day away from work with some motivation.

Wicked book. It has some wicked quotes and explains self-discipline is needed on the bad days. What I remember from this book, it's got heart. It gets five out of five stars because it is well written, a mini masterpiece, and quite life changing. It's what you expect from a quick book and bloody well more. I 100% recommend it. 5 out of 5, you can't get better than that.

Practical!

This was a quick initial listen, although I intend to comb through again slowly to glean all the book has to offer. Achieving goals in life is in one way or another what all people strive for whether it be personal, professional, emotional, spiritual, etc. Realizing goals is a source of personal satisfaction and general happiness in my life, and the author gives many different ways to approach them while building discipline and mental toughness. If you’re a person who enjoys learning, and challenges that lead to personal growth and happiness, then you’ll enjoy and benefit from the ideas in this book.

Great book to get you on track

This book is really good, maybe because he expresses thought I already had...
One thing I would mention is that I was expecting some more details.
Usually books repeat the main idea, but here it is supposed to be a How To book and here you do need to add the detailed recommendations.

motivational quotes

Excellent book. I like it. I sat and listen the entire book in one seating! Fascinated with some of the information about women I knew and equally as intrigued of the women featured who I never heard of. Each year I gift my favorite book to all the women in my family. Highly recommend this book.

Great practical guide

365 Mindset Quotes is something that we all battle to one degree or another. What I like about this book is that it is a practical guide of the steps you can take to become more self-disciplined. The author gives a number of practical quotes for creating habits in the areas of exercise, sleep, and diet. He then discusses how to leverage habits in those physical areas to cultivate a mindset that continues to build self-discipline in other areas of your life.

I agree that quote of motivation

Xabier K. Fernao 365 Mindset Quotes book gives insights about habit and the forming of habit to keep one build strong habits self-disciplined. Interestingly, his insights explicitly explain my experience why some of my disciplined habit was successuflly formed and why some not. Like his other books, this book is simple to listen, and teaches a lot.

Great book!

I listen a lot and have recently come across some great books. In comparison to those books, this book is added to one of my favorite books as its an easy listen, very direct and offers exercises that anyone can try to help become more self-disciplined and reach their goals!

Great insights getting from this book!

I love to listen every single quotes. Each quotes, the author presents thoroughly thoughts, and a "Quick-Recap" is very helpful to get to its main points; it's easy to understand. I have been looking for books like this one to tip my students' practice and found it. This book is very good to have. I already recommended it to my students and I would also recommend it, particularly, to those who are struggling with their own weakness for finding ways to manage their own life as well as their success.

Each day's wisdom would make a great journal entry. I look forward to spending a lot of time with this book of gems in the new year. I love it so much, I just bought one for all my friends and clients!

Five Stars!

I knew I would love this book as I have found every interaction with the author, Quite enjoyable and positive. The energy is beautiful. However, I am surprised how I find myself feeling so strongly about how others in my life may find the book inspirational, that I keep ordering more so I can give them away.

He makes it easy to relate

This book will give you pointers to direct you towards daily discipline.
You have to be able to take Xabier K. Fernao's real life anecdote's and see how they relate to your individual situations, and the way he writes, he makes it easy to relate. This book has helped me be more focused on what I try to accomplish - from a daily and long term perspective.
I have listen several books on this subject, but Mr. Xabiers' version is thus far the best!

Awesome book!

So far I have listen three of Xabier K. Fernaos books and they all have been pretty solid. I love books and writers that are straight forward and to the point. He doesn't go all over the place. He keeps his teachings simple and blunt. Love this book! Definitely recommend it.

This book is changing my life little by little

I love the fact that this book is broken into daily listenings. I start each day listening a daily quotes from this book. A lot of what's in this book really resonates with me and helps to give me a new or different perspective on forming self-discipline. I learned about this book from a friend who, in my opinion, is mindset. But she listens this book regularly. I, on the other hand, have struggled with forming self-discipline. This book has really helped me.

Outstanding and Highly Recommended

Xabier K. Fernaos delivers again with a clear, concise and eminently practical manual on the fundamental quality to all forms of success in life. The focus, as always in his books is on practical exercises and techniques, rather than excessive theory or demonstrations of how clever and outstanding the author is. This is definitely a necessary, go-to manual for any kind of self-development work, whether you are a beginner or highly advanced in that area.

Well written and to the point

The book was well written and very practical. I enjoyed the structure of each chapter; it had a very logical layout. Additionally, the end of each chapter contained a bullet point list of the concepts covered with a quick summary of each. Very nice book.

Very helpful toward self improvement

This book was very helpful without wasting any of your time. It is practical, easy to listen, and immediate useful. It is the type of book that even non listeners can successfully and quickly get through. You will find yourself putting the suggestions into action right away. Very helpful from the start and a great resource to refer back to as well.

Great information

Being someone on a journey of personal growth this book spoke to me. It is a book that can be useful for people deep in their journey to people just starting to people who haven't started yet. I have done some of the exercises and they have really helped me out, even though I already thought I was very self disciplined.
