Exactly what I needed.

This book really taught me how to deal with my anxiety. Every time one comes on now, I just think to myself hat this is just adrenaline going through my body. The feeling I get when I WIN, is a great felling of joy!

I highly recommend this book

I found this book to be extremely helpful I was in the midst of a full-blown anxiety attack and was considering going on meds when I got this book. It really helped put things in perspective for me, I am able to amp things down much quicker now and I feel a little bit more in control of myself. I highly recommend this book to anyone suffers from anxiety.

Informative and Interesting

This was the perfect book for me, a biology major. I only had one other episode of a panic attack thirty years ago. I felt that one was brought on by a second miscarriage. No one told me then what was going on in my body. Just knowing that it was just adrenalin has been an immediate help with this attack out of the blue!

I'm Actually Surprised This Works

This is the third day of doing the exercises and I've had 0 anxiety where normally I would have a lot. I can finally ride my bike to exercise and not have any worries or anxiety! :)
