Great book, easy and delicious recipes. My husband refuses to go on blood pressure medication, as of last week his blood pressure is NORMAL!!!

This author is a genius. Combining her recommendations in the outstanding book Cholesterol Down, plus the tips in this book Blood Pressure Down, I am now OFF all medications. If you want to improve your health the natural way without those awful meds. And if you don't yet own the book Cholesterol Down, what are you waiting for??? HIGHLY recommended.

This is a truly great book.

Like this whole data.

I think this would be better as a book you can literally flip through in order to find, copy and print, and reference all the charts, graphs and general information. That said, it’s a very thorough look at high blood pressure, it’s many root causes, and treatments. While it’s not exactly what I expected in that I thought it would be a “plan” to follow exactly, it’s more of a history of the malady with general guidelines to implement ranging from dietary changes all the way to the spiritual aspect.

Best for Beginners.

This book has help me with my high BP readings. The authors' position is that lifestyle drives the blood pressure reading. They provide the information about which lifestyle habits are important to work on.

Good methods.

I was looking for a book that clearly explains the why's behind high blood pressure (and alternative methods to lower it) in a way I could understand. The information in this book is clear, concise, and gets right to the point. I also enjoyed learning some new recipes that I know are heart healthy and are appetizing to me and my family.

Very good book!

Excellent insight on blood pressure, diet, and the pharma's approach. Dropped from 170's to 140's within the 4 weeks, plan to be in the low 30's within two weeks.

Great tips.

This is the first book or advice that has ever actually worked to lower my pressure naturally. After following the advice of this author, in less than a month I only need to take half my medications. I'm currently working on weight loss in hope that it will come down even more. This book is a God-send.

This is one of the most thorough and well written health and wellness books on blood pressure I have listen. It is written in easy to understand language and is easy to follow.
