Well organized.

I have been Paleo for at least six months so I can ascertain that her information is correct, but what is so appealing is her presentation! The order of her content is excellent as well as her lists and recommendations.

Fantastic. Enjoy this book.

Paleo diets are becoming very popular. The author of this cookbook has taken the time to highlight the basics of the diet, share the origins, and give an acceptable list of ingredients. The book begins with instructions on how to "go paleo"

Really enjoy and have recommended

This is a nice audiobook for anyone thinking about a Paleo-based diet. Many of the recipes are clear to follow and are comfort-food friendly. Some of the ingredients used are imported, but many can be found in your favorite supermarket store.

Healthy recipes.

The Paleo Diet is simply essential for everyone who wishes to appropriately nourish through the most appropriate nutrition. Some, who may have problems that had not seemed related to diet, may go through an "Aha" experience as they read through the pages. Eating Paleo is not just for the overweight. It is for everyone seeking optimal health.

Finally a cookbook with some unique flavors and recipes. I have found that most cookbooks now-a-days have google recipes and there's nothing special about them; however, this one is different.

Best diet I have ever been on. Lots of good recipes. In three weeks have lost 14 pounds. Never hungry, no feeling of being deprived. I have more energy.

Loved.

Very pleased with weight loss. I have not lost 15 pounds but I have lost 10. I have no thyroid so it is extra hard for me to lose but I am very encouraged. This will be not so much a diet but a healthy eating plan.

Love this cookbook!

This is by far my favorite cookbook, even though we do not follow a severe Paleo diet. We do, however, cook only gluten-free recipes, making this an excellent book for us.
