Very short on information. I felt it was more of a recipe book, but then again, that's what it is mostly about... healthy eating.

Really enjoy and have recommended

This is a nice audiobook for anyone thinking about a Paleo-based diet. Many of the recipes are clear to follow and are comfort-food friendly. Some of the ingredients used are imported, but many can be found in your favorite supermarket store.

Unexpected (but much needed) surprise!

All the learning you need to change your health for the better is in this audible. The paleo diet is not about creating a historical re-enactment of what our paleolithic fathers ate; it's totally about eating whole, real, unprocessed foods that are nutrient-dense. And that's what is indicated in this audible.

Going Paleo or Keto, this audible is a must!

I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who needs to improve their health! Great to give details, well-written directions, and special sections and alternate ingredients for different diet restrictions. We now own his Keto recipe book as well and we use both books often!

Overall best.

Finally a cookbook with some unique flavors and recipes. I have found that most cookbooks now-a-days have google recipes and there's nothing special about them; however, this one is different.

Loved.

Very pleased with weight loss. I have not lost 15 pounds but I have lost 10. I have no thyroid so it is extra hard for me to lose but I am very encouraged. This will be not so much a diet but a healthy eating plan.

Love this cookbook!

This is by far my favorite cookbook, even though we do not follow a severe Paleo diet. We do, however, cook only gluten-free recipes, making this an excellent book for us.
