This book provides you an exclusive listing of Paleo-friendly foods. But beyond the recipes in this book, you should take the time to gain a basic understanding for yourself of what works for Paleo and what does not. Any deviation from a regular daily ritual is going to be difficult.

nice book

He begins with general data about the Paleo count calories, however then spotlights on setting up the peruser's brain, body, and physical condition so as to complete and make a fruitful move into the Paleo eat less carbs way of life. He even gives an entire section that gives you a day by day assignment to finish the prior week beginning the paleo eat less carbs, with the goal that the change will be as simple as could be expected under the circumstances.

This author is amazing. The book has delicious recipes and is put together so well. It is easy to use and follow and very fast for a busy schedule. Paleo diet book made me realize my self-worth and the things I need to do. Becoming healthy is not just for yourself, but also for your loved ones.

I really do admire cookbooks that has nutritional information given after the recipe instructions. Losing weight nowadays is not really hard when it comes to foods,because starving yourself is not an option. This book will help you fed you and gives you craving satisfaction with delicious healthy foods. Paleo diet is the oldest dietary mantra that people use. And the author makes sure that her recipes won't compromise your size goal. Recommended

Positive in all areas

This book is not just a diet meal plan. It is more than that. You can find a lot of information. How to start, what to eat, when to eat and how to plane your everyday meal plan. This book has completely changed my perspective on food and my lifestyle. This one has been by far the most entertaining and helpful book on the subject.
