I love that everything is simplified, easy and thorough! The recipes are easy to follow and don't require anything you would have to acquire from a far off exotic store. There are different meals plans to suit whatever your need.

It has all the information for starting on Keto and continuing on a healthy path using what works for you. This book really has it all. There are basic instructions on how to do the very classic keto all the way through to her fat fueled plans.

Good Info - Horrible narration.

I need the info in this book but boy is it hard to listen too. The narration is very bad. It is read as if a computer is reading it. Pronounces Basil as baazzle. Pronounced Gout as Goat. Seriously, it is beyond bad. If I did not have it set on 1.35x play back, I could not have gotten through the book. It was painful.

Good detail

Found it! Great guided recipe book has a lot of ways to prepare your meals. All dishes are not only healthy, but also very tasty. Directions are clear, so there will not be any difficulties to cook them even if you are not a great chef. Good structure too.
