Comprehensive knowledge.

This book is far good.

This book is new but is based on far more chemical interactions than I have felt my gut process in the battle between good and bad bacteria. Too much insulin is bad. Inflammation keeps cells from burning fat. The endocrine system and immunity have toxic responses to our addictions. There are great instructions which are definitely easy to follow.

I would definitely recommend this.

The author described specific menus and shopping lists are great to have! Fantastic looking recipes make this program something to look forward to. I would definitely recommend this book but would suggest you get the soft-back cover so the recipes are more readily available.

Its Nice Book.

I'm trying to lose weight, like most Americans here, I make an effort to eat healthy, organic foods. I knew a little about the Paleo diet, but I wouldn't know where to begin. Not only does Nancy Wilson out the diet in simple, clear language, but she builds a strong case for why it's so important for us to get back to basics when it comes to the food we eat.

Pretty good

It is hugely informative and then gets you inspired without taking a week to read this is the one. The recipes that make up a large bulk of this book also look amazing and healthy. Some of the recipes are pretty close to things I make already and so I feel that the recipes will be easy and fun to make.

My wife was surprised how quickly most recipes were to make. You will have to purchase some out of the ordinary products for baking but most other items can be purchased from a grocery store or farmer's market.

This book is for you!

The book gives good information on the diet and does give some decent recipes. I have only tried the ones with fish so far, and all seem pretty simple so far. If you are already a good cook, the recipes (like for fish) will not be anything you would not know how to do already. All in all, I was looking for some food ideas and got it in this book.
