Great diet!!

I preferred this audible because it told for starters and that's what I wanted, something to get me excited. Because of my bad knee, I can't run as I did in the past, but this diet still treated me to start losing pounds from the start!! But no only the weight loss, I have more power!! Surely the one for me!!

feeling so much healthier

I am doing well with lots of organic greens and beans and for the protein, not natural meat yet can't afford it but very small portions of chicken/turkey without medicines or growth hormones to start, good luck,

This is a great book.. love the recipes

It's a great thought for me and my digestive problems. I recognize I am keeping my weight, and I feel after a point of time I will lose more weight. The plan is I am not gaining weight nor do I worry about it because I feel great. my tummy feels good. I have a lot of important health issues and I feel I am managing just nice with this unique idea of eating.

healthy lifestyle

Simple to understand the concept of Paleo. says is a must for me based on what I like. If you're not a meat-eater, forget it but if you love a good steak and lots of healthy veggies and other goodies this is the diet for you.
