If you love Robert Green stuff, you need to listen to this book, is helping me rediscover myself and in that way not letting no one to take advantage of me, Also I think this is helping to be aware when I'm becoming the person I don't want to be, I think that's the most important aspect I'm looking forward to keep getting better. Thanks Brian for putting out an amazing resource.

This audiobook shows you just how complex the human identity can be. We all, at some point, put on different 'masks' depending on the situation, and this audiobook does a great job at exploring the whys and hows of why we do it.

I liked the section on the motivations behind why we choose specific “personas.” The author goes into societal pressures, personal insecurities, and other factors that influence our masked selves. Some of these insights led to my own self-reflection.

I enjoyed the segment on techniques for authenticity. In an age where genuine connections can sometimes feel rare, it was refreshing to learn about discernment and empathy that helped me to distinguish people who are genuine. If you're curious like me about the difference between perception and reality, you will definitely like this book.

It goes over many unusual aspects of people and their different faces they choose to wear with each other examining the whys and whats. Very good material!

The author of this book argues that the masks we wear in our every day lives are often used to protect ourselves from others, but that they can also prevent us from forming deep and meaningful relationships. He discusses the positive aspects of masks and how they can be used to protect ourselves from harm but also provides us with tools and strategies for taking off our masks and living more authentically. I will be referring to this book again because it's a reference resource.

Thought provoking
