A deep dive into the masks we wear
The direction of the this book surprised me. It went deeper than I thought it would, really. You actually learn the positives we seek through wearing our masks. They are not flatly presented as an entirely bad thing. You learn more of the "why" and "how" behind them, and how to compassionately interact with others more effectively, accounting for the fact that we all wear masks. And it goes on to teach you how to be more authentic, embrace your authentic self, connect more deeply with others, and not hide behind our masks. You'll learn how to escape the tyranny of the masks you tend to wear.

The journey through the 19 masks is eye-opening – some might mirror your own facades, while others offer a window into worlds unknown.
One of the most captivating aspects of this audiobook is its exploration of the motivations that shape our personas. Make the Real Connections You Crave
The author masterfully explains how many people present a different personality to accomodate the people we are around but that prevents us from from forming the genuine connections with others we really need.
We feel lonely because we are not opening ourselves up to express who we really are and attract the people that genuinely connect with us.
I realky liked the way the author explains how to connect with others and build trust. You will also learn how to understand which mask you wear and why, and how to overcome that.
This book explains how your life will improve by taking off your mask and even if you don't have one, learn to recognize other people's masks and try to break through with trust and get to really know them and build a connection.

Excellent mindfulness guide!
I have had the best experience listening to this audiobook! As a first time learner of witchcraft therapy, I found this book incredibly clear and the author’s recommendations to connect to the universe’s positive energy are simple to implement. The author explains many methods to find inner peace with meditation and without it. My favorite part was the author’s explanation of the 15 ways our thought patterns may be distorted. I learned so many new tips and tricks to live more confidently with this audiobook!

So very Interesting!
I really liked this audiobook. It was interesting to hear all about the different masks people wear and the consequences of wearing them. On the one hand, you can argue they are like armor you would wear to protect yourself, but you could also argue they prevent people from getting to know the real you. It was a fascinating book to listen to!
