good audiobook.

DeAlexander lays down some simple and extremely healthy meals in this audiobook. If you've read his book Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss (which I would HIGHLY recommend) you'll find even more added value in this audiobook. It's perfect because he adds the calories in each recipe and tells you how many cals to follow in a daily basis. It's very helpful!

amazing audiobook.

This is an excellent intermittent fasting audiobook for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy audiobook. Health is wealth and when it comes to woman we are very much conscious about our weight and health.

This has played such a huge part in me being healthier for good. Smith really nailed this audiobook by giving people what they need and nothing more. I don’t need any motivational fluff; I just need to know how to find the best plan for me that gives me the best chance at success and this audiobook does that succinctly and effectively. I love a low commitment diet and a low commitment guide that teaches me what I need.

amazing audiobook.

Excellent audiobook. I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods.

Method 16/8 is very well explained in this audiobook, but other methods are also explained in summary. There are also many strategies to reduce the sense of hunger, answers to questions I asked myself, advice on how and when to practice sports during fasting, how to calculate your caloric needs for your goals ... and more. A complete audiobook.

I like that the audiobook also contains studies supporting intermittent fasting with numbers and data. I also love the recipes in the audiobook with easy-to-follow instructions and with already the calculations of kcal, carbs etc! I don't feel 'forced' like in diets and I know that I can also eat what I like best.

This audiobook really opens up the method behind intermixed fasting. I thought about starting the diet, but I had a lot of questions about the diet that was somewhat difficult to find. This audiobook addressed everything and more. There was even great recipes that I could pick that would make the diet even that more effective. Highly recommend.

I love to cook but time and energy are not always available. I also have been collecting cook audiobooks for 40 years. I can honestly say this is my favorite 4 ingredient cook audiobook--and one of my all time favorites of any type. The recipes are quick and easy and most I have never seen before.
