This book is perfect for kids, as they enjoyed listening to it and gained the benefits of the positive message it promotes. I like how the affirmations are tailored for kids so they can understand their meanings. Some of the affirmations are perfect for bedtime, as they promote a calming atmosphere and put them in a peaceful mind frame for drifting off to sleep. I also liked the ones that inspire courage and uplift, as I used these in the morning to get their day started the right way. I also appreciated the excellent narration from Regina, as she makes the affirmations sound magical and a pleasure to listen to.
