The best meditation audiobook on Audible!!
I have downloaded so many guided meditation audiobooks, but this one is my absolute favourite. Sarah, the narrator, has the most calming voice and always helps to focus my awareness if my mind starts to wander. The background music is also very soothing throughout. I am starting exams later and I was feeling quite overwhelmed this morning with nerves. I just listened to a 15 minute meditation and I feel much more calm and ready for the day. I felt a lot of gratitude for this and I realised I had never rated the audiobook. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Sarah, if you are reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you have helped me get through a very difficult few years in my life. Sending love and gratitude. N x
