Feel so refreshed

Relaxing and energy releasing

It is a good piece of working. It helps you to release energy from body centers. It enhanced my interest in the subject.I'm just getting into meditation and this is the perfect way to start. Really insightful.

This is a comprehensive book. There is a comprehensive discussion of spiritual knowledge here. This book can be realized on the basis of spiritual knowledge and enhanced mental strength, enhanced mental ability, and greater information about mind power and so on. This is a terrible book.

Fabulous one!

This has many amazing reminders about why you should value yourself and great nudges that cultivate self love. Self love leads to higher self esteem and I love how this audio goes about to generate that for its listeners. Beautiful and necessary.

good reminders

Everyone needs these type of reminders, it's definitely not something I hear every day or even tell myself every day. Imagine how much different life could be with higher self esteem, less limits, not listening to the naysayers when they see you rising and they get nervous. Lovely Voice

Helps alot!

I travel very often and suffer with jet lag all the time, so i decided to get myself a copy of this highly recommended audiobook for possibly curing this problem. And man these other reviews were right it really does work i went to sleep and did not wake up once in 5 minutes.
