Feel so refreshed

This audiobook is amazing for getting to sleep straight away. It works quickly for me, with nice narration and music. Both thumbs up from me. :) I have received a free version of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Such a relaxing book

A lot of folks could benefit from some relaxation techniques and daily meditations and this book help guide you through the practice of it. I felt the book was easy to follow and explained the different styles of meditation very well. Definitely, a great book for beginner's wanting to check out Meditation practices

A great variance of meditation

This worked

I have started listening to audio books without earbuds for a few weeks. My hubby, whom I will call Mr. Uptight, hates that he gets to hear my books. So I'm playing this one and I'm checking out how the relaxation works on it when about two minutes in on the first meditation, I hear snoring coming from the other room. I go out there and see Mr. Uptight passed out, the cats passed out and I'm shocked.

Didn't have time to evaluate every track.

This title is specifically targeted toward a male audience to introduce them to the concepts of meditation, hypnosis and affirmations. This is not clear in the title unless you receive emails from the people soliciting reviews (in exchange for the copy I received from them.) I did not have time to evaluate this title fully because I received daily emails from the company promoting this audiobook title telling me I was running out of time to review it. (Within the first day or two). A title like this takes time to review as it requires that you actually try the product as it is directed and normally it takes me at least some time to prepare a review. This really irritated me and made me unable to review the whole recording. So I generally would not recommend this title. The strategy of the people soliciting reviews for this is somewhat dishonest.

Awesome

This is an amazing elegantly composed book. It gave me such a great amount of understanding about myself and is well worth perusing and applying the data that this book gives. I figure everybody should peruse this as we as a whole have issues in our lives that we experience issues managing and this book by applying the rules that are found in it are genuinely beneficial.
