Beautifully simplified rendition of a complex subject

The author has done an excellent job of making it easy to understand the complicated subject of neurology, and its linkage with all the other complex systems of the human body and the connections with ageing. This has made me eager to know more about brain health and its intricate connection with every other aspect of bodily and spiritual health!
