Nothing new and the title is misleading

The book should be called 25 habits to increase focus. Why is it called 10-minute focus? In such books related to self-development, the author should repeat a few things to reinforce the ideas but that aspect is totally missing. Out of 25 habits, only 5 were actually related to increasing the focus. No insights into why the mind loses its focus.

Extremely practical and straight to the point!

I loved how this book is filled with practical advice and it’s so straight to the point. I’ve already started planning my focus habits unique to me, which is something great about the book too: acknowledging that we can’t have a one size fits all, and that we must tailor what we like and/or need that will be helpful to us. Good listen.

This Book Is Awesome

This was an alright book to me. I guess because I've read books with a similar topic before, so it gave me little new ideas and techniques to deal with focusing. Some staff were a bit too repetitive and is basic knowledge to me. It's a great book for readers who are beginners or want to learn more about what generally distracts them and how to maintain focus, though.

Very Effective

An effective guide that has helped to change my behavior and gain more focus on the important tasks of my day-to-day life. By the end of the book, I was already seeing the results of many implemented tactics that were suggested in the guide and enjoying more productive days and life. Super Helpful

This book very succinctly gave me the rundown on how to be more productive. Some of these ideas I had heard, some I had practiced, and some are new to me. The strength of this book is that it puts these doable steps altogether, with a rationale of each and links to more in-depth resources, such as websites and apps. Implementing even some of them will improve productivity.
