Some interesting points about alkaline food and benefits, which I personally believe is great for us. But some mixed information and confusion on food types and a lot of repeated information. The recipe section was boring and robotic and doesn't work that well through audio.

Makes you wonder about time and the outlook on your life when you take a step back and ponder on the short stories this book portrays. Make you ask what if. A great short listen!

Beautifully read and portrayed the wonderful momentum that the universe definitely has your back. The power of inner power and belief and what that can do to our lives. Love this book!

A brilliant book. Learnt how significant habits are in our daily lives to obtain and maintain brilliance in our lives. Fully recommend to everyone because habits are the building blocks to what creates who we want to be. Read well and very easy listen.

A thought provoking book that makes you look at life in different perspectives. It drives the idea that the feeling of loneliness is due to many factors including our childhood and how we perceive things. I would highly recommend to read, even if you're not feeling lonely. As this book taps into many useful information to acknowledge in your own life that you can share with others. Beautifully read by Teal Swan herself too.

Audio book spoken by Adam Skolnick who does a good job narrating David Coggin's moving life story from childhood through to his training - physically, mentally and emotionally. Coggins does speak in between like a podcast reflecting on each chapter which brings the story to life. Great book that makes you realise most of us don't train ourselves hard enough.
