Very reassuring. Lots of memories slotted into place. Current patterns made sense. Feel more hopeful.

really well researched. he conveys his findings in a down to earth way. I've been understanding my hunger pangs and sugar cravings as addictions now. to stop the constant hunger take away the addictive sugars, it works.

at its core this book is believable, however as a teacher I found it too flowery. I will listen again and keep it as valid reference material, but it didn't speak to me

I read this then listened to it straight away as the idea is to let it wash over you. I'm glad I did this. I didn't find it inspiring like other self help books. I found quotes that stuck out to Micheal, not ones that stuck me in any way. however I'm intrigued and will listen to his over books and more on this approach

disappointing unfortunately. the case studies are interesting. the sound quality is so awful that it's made it very unenjoyable to listen to

I've read this book dozens of times, as it is fantastic. i thought an audio version would be useful so I could hear it whilst I'm busy and really get the rules into my head. it sounds like the writers have sat at home with a tape recorder though, I Think it must of been recorded in the early 90's, as that's when this was written. it is hard to listen to, also muffled at points so I had to rewind and listen in through the static. really disappointing and not a delight to clean the house, do makeup too like other audios are
