One year, I remember having chakras in the back of my head for a while, just like a general topic I would have liked to know more about. I felt dizzy, very stressed, with much weight on me. A boss that was not that great, things I wanted to tell my friends, a relationship I wanted to end. My belly, my heart, my head were all over the place. So I decided to start meditating and learning about the chakras and how energy flows through our body, and everything became clear.

Wonderful book for beginners wanting to work with chakras and finding out basic info about the chakras. I have always been fascinated with chakras and energy work, and found this book to be very useful.

This is a nice book with lots of recipes. Many of the recipes contain things (such as spices) that aren't available at my local stores (small town), but I can buy them online or when I shop in a larger town. So far, the recipes I've tried are good. The book has many alternatives to meat meals and many dishes that could be used as a side or as a main vegetarian dish. There are many recipes for grains (bulgar, wheat berries, freekah) that sound great but I haven't tried them yet---most of these grains I'll have to buy online or in another town. There are also many recipes for lentils and beans, some of my favorites! The authors have gone to a lot of trouble to explain what works and what doesn't work in their dishes. Perfect!

Great book to listen, very helpful tips that are easy to follow. Especially ways to face the fears by causing them on purpose. I found the book to be extremely helpful in dealing with anxiety by providing practical tips and techniques that could be easily followed and implemented.

My wife and I really love this particular book. Cooking ketogenic is not the easiest thing at first for the newbie. The recipes have been quite amazing, much better than any other I found in other cookbooks or online. And for us, the fact that her Cookbook is essentially all nondairy, is especially helpful for us and my allergies to dairy.
