I love all of Debbie Fords books and this audio course was the best yet. It captures her best wisdom after she had been teaching for a number of years. Fantastic!

What made the experience of listening to Worthy the most enjoyable?

The exercises are SO GOOD! They really shifted my thinking.

What other book might you compare Worthy to, and why?

There are similarities to Debbie Ford's book Dark Side of the Light Chasers, which is understandable as Debbie was her teacher. But they are different and Nancy has brought her own experience to create the exercises.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened to a chapter a day when I was on retreat and I did all the exercises. It is worth re-listening to, it is so good!

Would you recommend A Return to Love Workshop to your friends? Why or why not?

No, I think I would recommend the book. The workshop is recorded live and can be confusing to listen to on occasion.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

She is an amazing speaker I think I would prefer the order of a book.

I have listened to the Return to Love course. This is far better.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, I wanted to listen to a chapter at a time and let the words sink in. It is one to play again.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I have recommended this book a lot. If you are stuck in victim mode or blame spiral this is a compassionate look at yourself and your triggers. The meditations are really simple and just persevere with the work and incredible results are possible in a short time.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Debbie's sharing of her life story is so useful.
