Few athletes have had as big an impact on British sport over the last five years as Eddie Hall. Not only is he the subject of trending Netflix documentary Eddie: Strongman, but his Facebook page is approaching three quarters of a million likes, with 10,000 new fans joining each week, and he draws huge crowds at the Strongman arena tour Giants Live. The reason for Eddie's popularity is simple: he is the biggest name and the biggest talent in one of the fastest-growing sports.

An unbelievably true and heart wrenching account of a tragic story. Gemma Dowler has done an amazing job off getting her family's story told. It's a difficult listen at times but there are really important issues and lessons to be learnt. What a brave inspirational and amazing family the Dowlers are!

Here are the rules. Method: you can't use a gun. You can't use explosives. You can't use poison. It has to be up close and personal. You don't have to worry about leaving evidence; that will be taken care of. Victim: no one suicidal. No one over the age of 65. No one with a terminal illness. Choose your method. Choose your victim.

Am a fan of comedy so thought this would be a good book to listen to and was not disappointed, Amy is funny throughout and gives an honest insight in to her life sharing the good and bad. Amy says that is not a self help book and it isn't but there are some real lessons in here that we all could learn.

On December 6, 1995, three key members of the infamous Essex Boys gang were lured to a deserted farm track on the pretense of planning a robbery. As the trio sat in their Range Rover, two gunmen approached the open rear door of the vehicle. Moments later, the first shots rang out signaling the start of a swift, yet bloody massacre. When the weapons fell silent, the three men lay dead.
