A beautiful book, delightfully read. Agnostics should read it to hear the irrefutable arguments. Christians should read it for encouragement and reaffirmation.

A beautiful book, I couldn't put it down.

Classic English literature, predictably great. I should have read it 60 years ago. Others have criticised the narration, personally I thought he managed the Cornish accents and different characters wonderfully.

I was glad to finish it.

The book gave me thoughts from another culture and religion that were interesting but difficult to understand. Some useful practical advice for those who wish to explore yoga further.

Beautifully descriptive, painting a picture of both happiness and sadness. With its sensitive humour it held my attention to the end. Very well read, which added to the pleasure.

A very cleverly written documentary giving an eyeopener into the characters of those involved. Brilliantly narrated, making it extremely entertaining.

Great to hear the book read by the author. An amazing eye opener to all the incredible happenings in America 1927. Recomended for anyone with an interest in modern history.
