Lewis at his incisive best

Overall
5 out of 5 stars

This series of four readings, which I think were originally broadcast on the radio, give Lewis' thoughts on the four types of love. His analysis is incisive and intelligent, but at the same time witty and not at all dry. I have certainly learned a lot from this recording, and you'll probably find you need to listen to it more than once to get the gain of it. Highly recommended.

Fascinating autobiography

Overall
5 out of 5 stars

I found this autobiography fascinating and at times moving. Ravi has certainly had a very interesting life, and I particularly like the way he traces God's hand throughout it, and gives Him the glory for what he has achieved. He has many humorous but also touching anecdotes to tell, from his youth in India to the many interesting encounters and experiences he has had all over the world as part of his ministry. The book is read very well by Simon Vance, and I would thoroughly recommend it.
