I have personally experimented with many different techniques to reduce stress. And yoga is unique in that it combines physical exercise with a mental awareness. And this is crucial if you want to reduce stress. I was so inspired that I wanted to learn everything I could about how it works: I have almost 1000 hours of different yoga teacher trainings under my belt. I learned how yoga and meditation can calm the mind and body and end stress and anxiety like no other form of exercises.

This is useful for everyday reference. My aim is to correct my posture through yoga and this offers practical advises I didn’t find in any book. This is truly a gem!

An aspiring chicken keeper here! I believe both newbies and people who have been keepin chicken for several years will still benefit from this audiobook. I get to listen to it while driving and continue it during supper. It’s fun listening to it and made me more excited to finish my study and build my own chicken coop!

I saw a great article about a woman’s remarkable healing through yoga and I just couldn’t stop myself from checking her out and yoga. Think this one is one tough yoga guide as it has explained any beginner learner wants to know. The poses sounds creative and healthy and there are 30 of them to try out.

Now I’ve finally understood completely why learning even few wilderness skills can make a difference! The book has focused on the traditional outdoor survival skills which also suits me fine as we still use them until now. The audiobook has been educative enough, thus I’m highly recommending it!
