I found this book to be a very interesting listen. There is something inside for almost every person. The factors that prevent good communication are discussed, as well as the basics to achieve effective communication skills. This book not only teaches you how to communicate, but has tons of practice exercises to reinforce the concepts and make sure you are actually applying what you learn. It has exercises to try and tips that I keep coming back to in order to see if I am making progress. I love this book so much. Excellent book . I recommended this everyone.

I'm so looking forward to implementing the exercises in this book. What a book it is! The cd is also an amazing tool to have at your disposal. I have suffered from anxiety and abnormal heartbeats for over 26 years now. I have been to so many doctors through the years looking for answers as to why I have this terrible air hunger. I have anxiety and panic attacks and am always looking for ways to help myself control them. I have read a few books about the Buteyko Breathing Method and I knew this book included more information about this method, so I bought it.

I wish I had this book twenty years ago. It explains exactly what a quality company is and how to evaluate one. A concise and very well written book explaining how to evaluate a stock. The information in the book allows you to look at the date of the stock and quickly determine if it’s something worth investing in. Great synopsis of what quality value stocks are and how to find them. Matt has created another clear, concise trove of information - this one to develop a practical Warren Buffet type watch list to consider. Hello my name is Blair. I've read several of his books, four. And they are a treasure trove on information. I highly recommend that anyone that serious about getting into the stock market.
