Very nice recipes to start with the plan and excellent explanation of what a plant-based diet and lifestyle is about. Maybe the plan presented in the book has about too much salads for my taste. I personally prefer other type of plant-based meals..

Simple to pursue book. Great formulas. Fascinating hypothesis, and quick outcomes from applying these ideas. I would have like more data on wellbeing studies and supporting data on the advantages of IF as revealed in restorative diaries. By and large an extremely decent book.

I bought a few books on this subject and this by far was the most informative and easy to follow. It not only explains the diet but gets you started with calculations and frequently asked questions. Well worth the money!
