Really superb next chapter after the first law trilogy, great new characters but still keeping the depth of the much loved old ones. Fantastic. Steven Pacey makes this already incredible book, absolutely stellar. No narrator brings characters alive like him.

People are slating this as a Game of Thrones wannabe but it's completely its own work. It's gritty, twisting, the dialogue matches the time period and types of characters, you start rooting for one or two characters and hate others. I really enjoyed it. Really can't wait for the next book.

A good story but not much depth.

Easy read, I enjoyed listening to this but everything in the plot just seemed sequencial. Quite a linear story line with no twists or turns. More character building would have been great.

An absolute must read for the fans of the Cosmere stories. So much more information given along with new and old character expansions. Brilliant piece of work.

This book was made better by having a full cast. It was fine so well.

Great story, well read.

Loved the story, although, as much as I love Wil Wheaton, he British accent was atrocious and the way Graham spoke in the story made him sound like he was cryogenically frozen during WWI then recently thawed. No wonder Americans have a strange view of us Brits.
Another good book from Cline, I would read a sequel.

Great story but little character depth.

The story was good, but I think there could have been more foundations to the characters. A lot happened and I had no real connection to anyone. Unlike authors like Sanderson and Feist.

Incredible adaptation of an incredible book.

I wish more books had many voice actors. The voices made it so immersive, it absolutely flew through the story. Fantastic actors made this a very enjoyable listen!

Intrigue and cunning throughout, the third book focuses on Skara and almost forgets Thorn who was my favourite from the second book but brilliant ending to the trilogy. I would like to see more from the Shattered Sea.

Truly an amazing author and narrator combination! I binged on all Abercrombie's book and just finished sharp ends. Can't wait for the new work.
