This is Dave Asprey's best book yet.

If this is the first book by Dave Asprey that you've ever listened to, then you are in for a treat. After this book, you will want more.

He keeps the information very clear and also interesting. I was able ró keep up and focus all the way through. Whereas with "Headstrong" I had to listen to it 5 times till it started to sink in.

Dave narrates the book himself which I thought was a bad idea at first, but actually, it worked out to be really inspiring. The only negative to Dave reading the book himself is that I got hooked and I'm after binge listening to the book all day which has affected my work and sleep. (I just wish he had broken script a couple of times).

There is some information that has also been said in previous books but that's cool because the rephrasing and augmented descriptions have really helped me grasp it better.

Finally, it's the first time I've come across in an audiobook that has given me a solid lead on how to heal my macular degeneration.

A lot of people are going to talk about the book. Get in ahead of the curve and read/listen to it now.

In David's own words this book will be out of date in 2/3 years because the science of longevity is evolvibg all the time. Which is a good thing. And I hope is get some revisions in a couple or years.

David has also taken the time to speak the book himself which is very time consuming and he should also receive merit for that too.

This book is amazing and definitely worth a listen.

I really hope a lot of people from governments and health organisations get to read/listen to it and talk about it. If this book doesn't change the world David Sinclair definitely will. It's science fiction coming true again just like self driving cars and free energy is also coming true.

I heard about the book from Dave Asprey and Dr Joe Mercola who's books are also worth a read/listen.

Loved it. I've already listened to it 3 times. I highly recommend listening to this book. It's also a book that you can crank up the speed and still be able to take it all in. I can't wait for the next book he come up with.

In a nutshell "Get up off your ar#@".

I know I won't follow the advice of this book. But if I did want to change my life. This book teaches you that if want to succeed in life. You need to put in some blood sweat and tears. No seriously you you really need to get up off your back side and put in the work. I'm not joking, if you want to make a difference in this world you need to put in the work.

On and on and on again.

That's the message of this book. To be honest I'm fulfuled where I am in my life. However it's nice to know that I have this book in my arsinal if the world starts sh#tting on me.
