This was one of the better books that I't read based on this subject.The writer breaks it down in a way that you will be able to understand and follow.This was short an to the point and there is a big emphasis on doing the one that's right for you and not getting discouraged when you think its not working. The examples of exercise and eating plans were very much appreciated. Explanation of benefits were encouraging.
