A little predictable in parts, but overall a good story. Kept wanting more excitement edge of the seat stuff to happen . Narrator was good and told the story with passion which kept me interested.

Michelle told her own story in this book, and it was heartfelt, a unique lady that gave her insight in to the White House and her life before and after, also she just one of the girls,

Was gripped from the beginning, hard to listen to at times, cringing at what Anna had to go through.
I do hope someday this family is charged for what they have done to Anna.
I wish you a happy life Anna and live every day for yourself and you own family Xx

I listen to lot of Psychology books, but this so different from all the rest.. Ruby and her team have a nice way about telling this story .
Plus having Ruby tell the story made it more true to life with her Monk Friend and Neuro Friend ..
Only down fall their not a PDF to print of for the Mindfulness exercise in Chapter 11

Fair dues to you Sarah for given a true in site on how easily a child is taken in by peado.
Every parent should listen to this and talk openly to their children about it

For anyone interested in improving their health this book explains in great detail how wheat effect the body. Very easy to understand, Ok I might know most of what he was saying, but it nice to have it re drill back in to make you realise you need to start looking at the food again
And in fairness I did cut out wheat when I started listening a week ago and I’m already seeing the difference in myself ... just need to stay with it ...

Each chapter was very alike , but at the same time it was relaxing to listen to.
Will I listen to it again, I hope I do go back to it then I know it one that works

What could Rachael Meddows have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Made each chapter different, I Had to check I wasn't re listening to a pervious chapter
