Good story although I found the start of each chapter annoying. the narrator was very nasal which was a distraction. I wanted to make it to the end and I'm glad I have. I can't say if that is because the book wasn't really my thing or because the story had hooked me. Ambivalent about this one.

have loved previous books by this author. this book however took a long time to warm up and became annoyingly dramatic in places. I cant say that I enjoyed this one..... I persevered through it as I wanted to know how it would end.

Good development of the story. Love the narrator. slightly jumpy recording at points but didn't want to interrupt the flow of the adventure so kept going with it. looking forward to the last in the trilogy.

I loved everything about this book. The narrator was so easy to listen to and the story kept me engrossed from start to finish. I'm about to purchase the second book in the trilogy.

I struggled to follow the characters at times and it took longer than I would have liked to get caught up in the story. I think I'm glad I persevered. Great reader. Narrator kept me listening more than the storyline.
