Aesop's Fables are stories based on allegories and caricatures featuring mostly animals. These stories got the collective name Aesop’s Fables from the person who collected the stories. Aesop, popularly believed to have been a Phrygian slave, collected his fables sometime around the sixth century BC. Whatever his real story may be, the fables he collected feature valuable lessons.

Home prices are too high. Buying a home is the pinnacle of adulthood, but as we all aware, home ownership isn’t exactly easy to navigate, especially for younger folks. Unless you’re completely debt-free, get help from parents, and disciplined enough to live below your means to save money, buying your first home in the future can seem more like a fantasy than an actual possibility.

Because of this audio piece, I’m now considering frugal living. People like me who struggle to make ends meet find it hard to meet our budget requirements. That is when communicative books like this come into play. It’s doing a great job in discussing the specifics on "how to save money for down payment" not just give you the clichés on spending less money.

The author had me hooked from the very start. I think the author’s using his strategies he has written in this book, to me. LOL! Kidding aside, it’s one of the good self-help books I have now in my audible. Nice way to start my year right. I’m ready to improve my social engagements with others, which I find difficult in the beginning since I’m an introvert.
